Terms and conditions

By booking a session or Transformation Journey (package), you agree to the following terms and policies.

Sessions & Transformation Journeys (Packages)

Your initial session includes a comprehensive intake process to explore your current challenges, emotional and physical wellbeing, stress patterns, goals and personal history, allowing sessions to be tailored to your individual needs and journey.

Transformation Journeys (packages) are designed to provide ongoing support, consistency and deeper integration over time. Package sessions are intended to be used within the allocated timeframe to support continuity and the best possible outcomes.

  • Return to You (3-month package) must be used within 3 months of commencement.

  • The Expansion Journey (6-month package) must be used within 6 months of commencement.

Unused sessions outside of these timeframes are forfeited unless otherwise agreed in exceptional circumstances.

Payments

Payment is required prior to each individual session unless otherwise arranged.

Transformation Journeys may be paid:

  • in full upfront, or

  • via an agreed payment plan.

Payment plans are commitment-based and remain payable once a package has commenced, regardless of attendance, scheduling changes or change of mind.

Package sessions, payments and payment plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once a package has commenced.

Fees paid for completed individual sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full session fee.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are treated as forfeited sessions within a package unless exceptional circumstances apply.

This policy helps honour practitioner time, scheduling commitments and availability for other clients.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.

Practitioner Cancellations and Delays

If the practitioner is unable to attend a scheduled appointment due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.

In the unlikely event that the practitioner is running late, every effort will be made to provide the full session time where possible. If this is not possible, appropriate adjustments will be discussed and agreed.

Online Sessions

Clients participating in online sessions are responsible for ensuring they have access to a suitable internet connection, device and private environment for the duration of the session. The practitioner is not responsible for technical issues outside of their reasonable control that may impact connectivity or session delivery.

Confidentiality

Personal information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Between-Session Support

Where included within a Transformation Journey (package), brief email/text support is available for check-ins, reflections and guidance between sessions during business hours only. Messages are typically responded to within 1–2 business days.

Between-session support is not intended as ongoing counselling, crisis support or unlimited on-demand communication.

Client Responsibility and Integration

Meaningful transformation involves ongoing self-awareness, personal responsibility and willingness to engage with the process both during and between sessions.

Clients acknowledge that lasting change is supported through consistency, openness and integration of the tools, insights, actions and practices provided throughout the journey.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing and implementation outside of sessions.

Scope of Services

Services provided are complementary and holistic in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, veterinary or psychiatric care, diagnosis or treatment.

Services are not intended as crisis support, emergency care, psychological counselling or mental health treatment. Clients experiencing significant mental health distress or requiring urgent support are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care.

Practitioner-Client Relationship

Transformation work can involve exploring subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns and nervous system responses that have developed over time.

Clients acknowledge that emotional discomfort, resistance or shifts may arise throughout the process and understand that outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances, readiness and personal engagement with the work.

Individual experiences and results vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
