Every session is tailored to your unique goals, experiences and circumstances.

I integrate Holistic Kinesiology, Mind-Body Medicine, and PSYCH-K® to explore the relationship between the subconscious mind, emotions, nervous system, physical wellbeing and the patterns that shape how we experience life.

While each modality offers a different lens, together they provide a holistic framework for understanding what may be contributing to emotional challenges, stress, recurring patterns, physical symptoms, or a sense of feeling stuck.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore the deeper factors that may be influencing your wellbeing and create the conditions for meaningful change across mind, body, and life.

This integrated approach allows us to work with both the conscious and subconscious aspects of change, supporting shifts that can positively influence emotional wellbeing, physical health, relationships, resilience, confidence and overall quality of life.

WHY THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND MATTERS

Many people know what they want to change in their lives - whether that's greater confidence, healthier relationships, improved wellbeing, emotional freedom or a deeper sense of fulfilment, yet still find themselves repeating the same patterns despite their best intentions.

One reason for this is that much of the way we think, feel, behave and respond to life is driven by the subconscious mind.

During our earliest years, particularly between the ages of 0-7, we absorb information from our experiences and environment. The beliefs, perceptions, emotional responses and protective patterns formed during this time can become part of our subconscious programming and continue influencing how we experience ourselves, others and the world around us.

Over time, these subconscious patterns can shape our confidence, relationships, stress responses, habits, health, emotional wellbeing and what we believe is possible for ourselves.

Even when we consciously desire change, those deeper patterns may continue operating in the background. This is why change can sometimes feel frustrating, difficult or short-lived when approached through willpower alone.

Using muscle monitoring, we can access information from the subconscious mind and body to identify beliefs, stress patterns and emotional responses that may be contributing to physical symptoms, feeling stuck, overwhelmed or out of balance.

By working directly with the subconscious mind, we create the opportunity for deeper and more sustainable change.

Our minds and bodies are not separate - they are deeply interconnected.

The way we think, feel, respond to stress and experience life can influence not only our mental and emotional wellbeing, but also our nervous system and physical health.

Over time, unresolved stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma and subconscious survival patterns can leave an imprint on both the mind and body, influencing how we feel, function and navigate life.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us.

Sometimes this communication may show up as fatigue, tension, burnout, anxiety or emotional overwhelm. At other times it may be experienced through recurring symptoms, illness, pain or physical discomfort.

Rather than viewing the body as something that has turned against us, this approach invites us to become curious about what it may be reflecting and what it may be asking us to pay attention to.

In many ways, the body can act as a mirror for how we are experiencing and navigating life.

By developing a deeper awareness of the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, stress responses and physical wellbeing, we create the opportunity for greater insight, regulation and change.

what is Psych-K®?

PSYCH-K® is a powerful process for identifying and transforming subconscious beliefs and stress patterns that may be influencing the way you think, feel, behave and experience life.

While many approaches focus primarily on conscious awareness, PSYCH-K® works directly with the subconscious mind to help create new beliefs and perceptions that are more supportive of your goals, wellbeing and desired outcomes.

Using a series of processes known as balances, PSYCH-K® helps reduce subconscious resistance to change and supports the creation of new beliefs that are more aligned with the life you want to create.

Because lasting change often requires more than insight alone, PSYCH-K® provides a powerful way to work with the subconscious belief patterns that may be operating beneath conscious awareness.

what is holistic kinesiology?

Holistic Kinesiology is a client-centred modality that recognises the connection between the mind, body, emotions, nervous system and energy systems, supporting the body's natural capacity for balance and wellbeing.

With foundations in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the acupuncture meridian system, kinesiology uses muscle monitoring to identify areas of stress, imbalance and blocked energy within the body.

Sessions may incorporate a range of holistic approaches tailored to the individual including acupressure points, Australian Bush Flower Essences, essential oils, nutritional support, emotional stress release, and other balancing techniques.

By accessing the body's innate wisdom, kinesiology provides insight into what the body and subconscious mind may be communicating, helping restore balance, awareness and overall wellbeing.

what is mind body medicine?

Mind-body medicine focuses on how the mind interacts with the body and the powerful relationship between our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, stress responses and physical wellbeing.

Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, it explores how emotional experiences, subconscious patterns, nervous system regulation and lifestyle factors may all influence overall health and wellbeing.

Mind-body medicine draws on research demonstrating the impact of chronic stress, emotional wellbeing and psychological factors on physical health, helping us better understand the connection between mind, body and behaviour.

Within sessions, Kinesiology may be used at different stages to explore patterns connected to stress, burnout, nervous system dysregulation, chronic symptoms or emotional challenges, while supporting greater awareness, self-understanding and a deeper connection to self.
